Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may initiate a return once you receive the item.

Incorrect pricing or description errors
Violation of our Terms and Conditions
If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.
2.2 Refund Process

Once we approve your request, you will receive return instructions.
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund within 7 business days.
2.3 Refund Method
