This website is operated by twozero (the brand "altctrl", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.

2. Products & pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. As our products are handcrafted, slight variations in colour, weave and texture are natural and are not defects. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to modify or discontinue products without notice.

3. Orders & payment

An order is confirmed only after successful payment. Payments are processed by our payment partner Razorpay; we do not store your card or banking details. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing error, or stock unavailability — in which case any amount paid is refunded in full.

4. Shipping, returns & cancellations

Your purchase is also governed by our Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy, and Cancellation Policy, which form part of these Terms.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, imagery, logos and design — is the property of twozero and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, twozero shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or its products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
